We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Teller HRG HAZ.  In this role, you will:   ·         To perform accurate and efficient counter service duties and to offer a high standard of courteous service to customers. ·         To satisfy customer need, he/she is required to cross-sell appropriate products/services to them so as to improve branch profitability and multi-buy rate and be familiar with local rules and regulation to answer customer enquiry and provide good advice. ·         To establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing one-stop counter services. ·         To well balance service/sales process and risk control.   To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:   ·         Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state) ·         Provide efficient counter service  ·         Have strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell ·         Provide back office support ·         Report customer feedback and collect market intelligence ·         Protect the bank’s interest ·         Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring   http://www.hsbc.com.cn/1/2/careers-cn   HSBC takes pride in a diverse and inclusive working environment that sees our people benefit from mentoring, flexible working and the support of Employee Resource Network Groups.
