Receptionist職位描述：
	Job Duties: · Receive, answer and connect both external and internal telephone calls in a professional manner; · Receive visitors and ensuring a positive image; · Assist for general ADM work; · Schedule executive meeting room reservation; · Monitor reception team’s quality reception service (incl. outsourced receptionists); · Monitor third party to ensure all meeting room facilities work well; · G-NET conference project coordinator. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree; At 1-3 years working experience in multinational company or financial industry is desired; Warm and nice personality; Fluent in written and oral English; Good interpersonal communication skills; Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
