職位描述：
Job Duties:

l         To verify, check personal outward remittance requests in accordance with Forex regulations and requirements;

l         To chase and handle SNAG cases in a timely manner and ensure problems are solved promptly;

l         To check and sort Payment and Declaration Forms, reporting form for Overseas Remittance Receipts, and to prepare daily and monthly return for supervisor’s checking;

l         To file the department related documents in a systematic order and assist the branch in other paper work;

l         To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences;

l         To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ enquiries;

Job Requirements:

l          Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state)

l          Good understanding of local regulations;

l          Good command of oral and written English;

l          Good command of MS Office;

l          Good communication skills;

l          Good problem solving skills;
