Functional Title: Project Support Officer Business/Support Unit: Consumer Banking

Reports To: VP, CBBO & Quality Unit / Section: BOS
Location: Shanghai

Support Project Spaghetti and branch opening projects

Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results that the incumbent is expected to achieve for this job. Do not list more than 5.)
1. Project support for key project implementation (Project Spaghetti and branch opening projects) and other related BaU activities
2. To ensure own self compliance with physical and information security standards
3. Obligation to supervisor’s other assignments to be aligned with department strategy

Job Duties & Responsibilities (List the principal duties of the incumbent. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position) Please allot % for each duty (total 100%)
1. Core Banking Project Support（70%）:
 MIS Reporting
 Coordinate & negotiate with various parties including IT, branch,operation unit, etc to provide end to end solution for project implementation
 Perform post implementation review & gather user feedback for Improvement
 Escalate problems, if any

2. Support Branch opening projects（25%）:
 Documents preparation for CBRC submission
 Coordinate & negotiate with various parties including CRE, CSS, IT, GPS, etc to implement the project smoothly
 Follow-up various units to ensure end-to-end delivery

3. Ensure and arouse compliance standards of own self （5%）

Experience (Indicate nature and extent of work experience including number of years required, if applicable.)
- Knowledge on banking policies, operation procedures, risk control requirement prevailing laws/regulations and compliance standard
- Good understanding on the project implementations and preferably with some project handling experience
- Preferably with knowledge on banking
- Good Chinese and English communication, both verbal and written

Education / Preferred Qualifications (List the minimum and preferred qualifications required to perform all essential functions, including field of study.)
University graduate majoring in economics, finance, business administration, statistics, or operational research.
