這一項目歡迎積極主動，對商業(yè)充滿熱情且誠實(shí)正直的個人加入。在經(jīng)過兩年，4個崗位各自為期6個月的實(shí)習(xí)后，你將在以下領(lǐng)域獲得廣泛經(jīng)驗(yàn)：關(guān)系管理、全球貿(mào)易與應(yīng)收賬款融資、薪酬與現(xiàn)金管理。順利完成該項目后，你就有機(jī)會轉(zhuǎn)入更加艱巨專業(yè)的崗位。截止日期2015.10.31

 

商業(yè)銀行實(shí)習(xí)生(2016.1起)

為期八周，面向在校大三學(xué)生。這份實(shí)習(xí)將幫你熟悉如何為客戶發(fā)展提供解決方案。在學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)商業(yè)銀行基礎(chǔ)以及客戶滿意驅(qū)動要素的同時，我們也鼓勵你積極承擔(dān)責(zé)任、貢獻(xiàn)想法。如表現(xiàn)突出，你還將有機(jī)會參與全球畢業(yè)生項目。

 

零售銀行和財富管理畢業(yè)生項目

為期兩年，在總行和面向客戶的部門進(jìn)行四次輪崗。以后或有機(jī)會成為分行、聯(lián)絡(luò)中心的管理者，或加入專家團(tuán)隊。截止日期2015.10.31

 

零售銀行及財富管理實(shí)習(xí)(2016.1起)

為期八周，將分別在分行、聯(lián)絡(luò)中心以及總行的專家團(tuán)隊中進(jìn)行，因此你將有機(jī)會了解我們業(yè)務(wù)范圍和復(fù)雜性。表現(xiàn)突出者有機(jī)會加入全球畢業(yè)生項目。

零售銀行及財富管理·匯豐銀行·中國

地點(diǎn)：上海/北京/廣州

持續(xù)時間：12個月

申請條件：

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不滿一年的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生;

思想開放，愿意接受銷售工作的挑戰(zhàn);

積極主動有上進(jìn)心;

良好的人際交往和溝通能力。

學(xué)習(xí)、發(fā)展和支持：

這一項目包括幾項持續(xù)超過一年的結(jié)構(gòu)化活動：嚴(yán)格的選拔過程;結(jié)構(gòu)化訓(xùn)練和輪崗計劃;指導(dǎo)項目完成度評估;晉升或繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)

Commercial Banking

Commercial Banking is at the heart of growth at HSBC, partnering with our business customers to help them move in the right direction by providing dedicated products and services. We help millions of businesses in around 55 countries and territories – from small enterprises to large multinationals – to thrive and grow.

We support our customers in achieving their ambitions both domestically and internationally, and we do this by using our global connections and expertise to spot trends in world trade and identify business opportunities. With the emphasis on building strong relationships with our customers, we provide a range of banking services including trade and receivables finance, payments and cash management, and capital finance.

Commercial Banking Global Graduate Programme

This programme appeals particularly to individuals who are self-starters, highly driven and passionate about growing commercial business, and have high levels of integrity. Over two years and involving four placements, each lasting six months, you'll gain broad experience of one of the following areas: Relationship Management, where you'll learn how we connect with businesses of all sizes, Global Trade and Receivables Finance, or Payments and Cash Management. On completion, you'll then be ready to move into a challenging relationship-led or specialist role.

Commercial Banking Internship (Start from Jan 2016 )

This eight-week internship for penultimate-year students gives you first-hand experience of how we provide our customers with solutions to support their growth ambitions. You'll be encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table, while learning about the foundations of Commercial Banking and the drivers of customer satisfaction. Perform well and you could secure a place on our sector-specific global graduate programme.

Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Retail Banking and Wealth Management caters to millions of customers worldwide through our branch network, call centres, internet and mobile banking. We also connect institutional and retail clients with investment opportunities around the world in our Global Asset Management business. Leading and developing a team of people is key to helping our customers achieve their hopes, dreams and ambitions.

Supported by specialist teams, our colleagues in our branches and contact centres work together to provide high-quality service to our customers, to meet their day-to-day banking needs or achieve their long-term financial goals.

Retail Banking and Wealth Management Global Graduate Programme

The two-year programme offers four rotations in customer-facing and head office roles, equipping you to become a future leader of our branches or contact centres, or one of our specialist teams. Global Asset Management designs investment products for our institutional and retail clients and is responsible for investment of funds worldwide.
