Compliance & Control Assistant職位描述： 
  Job duties:
Assist to implement new regulation and compliance policy within PFS;
Assist to report required compliance related information and follow-up implementation actions of internal/external audit points;
Assist to coordinate with relevant parties to complete regulatory survey or reports in due course;
Assist to maintain external regulatory and HSBC internal compliance and control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintian awareness of compliance risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring.
Assist to conduct compliance and AML risk assessment for PFS.
Promulgate and reinforce new regulation and compliance policies of PFS within the branches and make assurance of the effective implementation
To provide other Compliance&Control related support

Jub requirements:
University degree or above.
Educational background in banking industry, law or other financial industries; experience in Personal Financial Service is a plus
Experience in compliance, risk control or internal audit function in financial institutions preferred
Proficient English both in oral and written and computer operation skill.
Discipline honest initiative responsible constructive and have good analytical and logical thinking
Excellent communication skill
Strong problem solving skills, self-driven;
