職位描述： Job duties:
Deliver staff incentive results and recognition program results on a regular basis

Support and assist Incentive & Recognition Manager to develop/review staff incentive scheme, recognition program

Maintain sales staff performance record and provide MI to sales team for sales management

Assist in ad hoc sales performance related projects 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Job requirements:

Excellent PC skills, especially on Excel

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong reasoning and analytical ability

Strong problem solving skills, detail-oriented

Self-driven, can work under pressure
