Job Title: Legal department Intern
Work Location:  Beijing

Period: 6 months to 1 year

Job Definition:
    Assist in administrative works related to China Incorporation Project
    Regulatory correspondences register, distribution and filing
    Assist in preparing and submitting routine and ad-hoc regulatory reporting / filing under Compliance's responsibility at branch level
    Assistant in Compliance Training, incl training logistics, pre-notification, attendance record retention, etc
    Assist in collecting inputs and drafting regulatory response, etc
    Monthly Compliance Alert preparation
    Routine Compliance administrative works
    Other ad hoc departmental matters

Education & Skills:
Professional English writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills.
Majors in Finance or Law.
General computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to adhere to deadlines and handle last minute requests.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple activities.
Ability to work independently and willingness to be a team player.
