Job purpose:To perform Commerzbank Network monitoring
 
Key accountabilities :
 
·          Responsible for monitoring global Commerzbank Network infrastructure and analyzing any errors reported. Such errors must be handled in a standard manner.
 
·          Escalate any Network issues to Franfurt team.
 
·          To manage incident reporting through Peregrine Service Center
 
·          Execute tasks without errors as defined in the COCA task manager

Education / skills required:
 
·          Ideally Experience in Network Environment (Training will be provided)
 
·          Good analytical and problem solving skills
 
·          Team player and able to work independently
 
·          Able to work shift. (24/7)
 
·          Good communication skills in German (written, oral) and interpersonal skills.
