Commercial Banking

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of BB Team Head -CMB E Non-SHH.

In this role, you will:

To lead Eastern BB team manage existing portfolio and acquire high value new customer in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, be able to meet overall business target and KPIs
To build referral network and systematic calling to scope opportunity from identified leads
To plan and execute Eastern Region marketing activities and ensure high quality conversion result
To fully understand and well deliver Group Strategy. In particular to ensure that all the new customers acquired are aligned with the existing business model and are of the desired customer profile
To monitor business performance via designated system(s) / mechanics
To coach and develop team members and ensure healthy team culture.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

University graduate or above (recognized by the state)
General understanding of the banking industry acquired from at least 5 years of general banking experience, with minimum 2 years at managerial level with proven sound record
Adequate Business Development experience. Market exposure to Shanghai and Eastern region preferred but not mandatory
Strong selling skills
adequate credit skills
Good analytical skills & common sense
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
