Audit Assistant職位描述： 
  Key Job Duties:
Provide administrative support to the department head
- Organize/coordinate meetings and conferences properly and well manage department head’s calendar.
- Assist to consolidate response/reports as per department head’s request.
- Take other projects/tasks assigned and provide high quality deliverable.
Provide support service to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within Internal Audit Department
- Assist to track the completion status of mandatory online test, my performance systems and etc.
- Make necessary records, registers and filing.
- Coordinate activities and entertainment within the department.
Contribute to audit support activities such as
- Assist to collect / prepare audit related MI.
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk.

Key Job Requirements:
Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
University graduate
Good skills in PC and relevant systems
1 - 2 years’ working experience
Banking experience and knowledge preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
A high level of professional integrity and independence is expected.
