Quality Assurance Assistant, IAD PFS QA - East Region
職位描述： 
  Job Duties:
Contribute to the monthly checking on the sales documents of PFS investment/insurance products for PFS east region branches.
Backup in absence of team leader in the region, including planning and establishing monthly QA checking framework in line with IAD PFS QA Standard Checking Guideline;
Support other audits / reviews conducted by Internal Audit Department;
Provide an independent quality checking and escalate the significant issues relating to reputation, legal, credit, operational and compliance risks in branch PFS when arise ;
Ensure the quality of the quality assurance services and ad hoc assignments and to improve the efficiency of quality checking;
Support CNQ PFS QA to track and monitor daily customer call back survey in PFS east region branches;
Ensure all internal / external reporting obligations are fulfilled by HBCN Internal Audit; and
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk.

Job Requirement:
A high level of professional integrity and independence is expected.
University degree or above.
1-2 years experience related to personal financial services in banking industry is preferable.
Audit, Banking or Accounting Qualification is preferable.
Have a general knowledge of PFS business / operation processes, banking systems.
Have a general knowledge of operational risks, technology risks, relevant financial laws, regulations and rules.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
