Senior HR Asst-Contact Centre職位描述： 
  Job Duties
The role acts as the first HR contact point to resolve enquires and cases received.
1.Meet service performance standards by responding to the customer enquires in the form of telephone and written cases with care, efficiency and accuracy through high quality of customer services
2.Coordinate with the other HR colleagues to provide seamless HR services for the business lines..
Record cases in HR system in a timely manner
Guide customers through FAQ whenever appropriate
Ensure enquiries/requests are correctly interpreted and undertaken.
Monitor case progress closely for those routed to other provided groups
Acquire and keep knowledge updated
Maintain collaborative relationship with other HR team colleagues
Contribute to overall service quality improvement by sharing good practice, information and ideas for work improvement.

Job Requirements
At least 3 years’ HR experience with good knowledge of HR policies & procedures and labor laws and regulations is preferred.
Strong customer service mindset and proven customer service skills
Ability to build rapport with customers through phone
Ability to articulate thoughts & ideas in a clear and concise manner;
Confidence to influence and convince customers
Excellent active listener and probing skills
Excellent telephone manner
Strong problem solving skills
Proficiency in HR systems
Ability to work and cooperate in a dynamic environment and work under stress
Quick learner, self-motivated, hard-working
Good team player and open minded
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
Excellent verbal & written English
