職位說(shuō)明：  
Job Duties:

-To check the contents of the security documents to ensure that they are acceptable and in order and that any formalities to convey a good title to the Bank are complied
-To maintain a proper monitoring system for timely receipt of security items stipulated in facility letters and is responsible for tracing all outstanding security with regular reporting to superior
-To process routine transactions relating to Corporate Loan including drawdown, rollover and repayment for each account
-To input loan/ security records to HUB system and perform periodic maintenance as required and ensure that data capture are correct and updated
-To handle other miscellaneous transactions including:
--All major returns preparation
--Set and revise facility limit in HUB
--To keep abreast of all local rules and regulations, credit guidelines etc and make sure that the operations are complied with internal and external requirement
-To handle customer repayments and maintain records for initial telephone tracers for delinquent loans, prepare periodic demand letters and report to Credit Operations Officer for the progress
-To handle customers’ verbal and written inquiries and ensure that timely replies are givens

Job requirements:

-University or college graduate
-Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
-Master PC skills, especially familiar with Microsoft office software
-Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, committed and timeline conscious
-Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
