2008年12月2日匯豐銀行深圳HR面經(jīng)

一大早上坐火車到深圳過海關(guān)，然后奔到華潤(rùn)大廈匯豐分行，早到了一個(gè)小時(shí)，于是在萬象城里閑逛，提前10分鐘進(jìn)去等

接待的HR manager好年輕，先是粵語(yǔ)開場(chǎng)，然后全英文面，我面的是global banking

上來先說我們要找future leader，所以面試的內(nèi)容就是看你有沒有potential

然后是問題的轟炸，我大概被問了十幾條問題，讓我想想

Self-introduction

example of good communication skills

personal value

strength and weakness

deal with difficult person

deal with unexpected change or requirement

deal with changes in environment

leadership example

motivate other people

example of feel demotivated, how to deal with that

when did you work the hardest, how to deal with that

how to deal with teammate who are not willing to corporate

example of inspring other people

example of control everything in a process

how to maintain relationship with others

example of influence the behavior of other people

what are other people's comments about you, from colleagues, friends, families

any additional informaion

每個(gè)都要舉例，說的我口干舌燥，HR剛開始特嚴(yán)肅，一副公事公辦的樣子，于是我就很想把她逗笑，最后終于成功了，她還主動(dòng)開玩笑，哈哈，到我問問題的時(shí)候她很high的回答，還是笑起來比較可愛

出來的時(shí)候才發(fā)現(xiàn)居然面試了1個(gè)小時(shí)，人生中最長(zhǎng)的面試，攢人品，希望能過

HR說現(xiàn)在這一輪只剩下500人了，大概一半的人進(jìn)下一輪，下一輪在深圳或者上海
