Business planning:
a. Prepare annual budget for SEMM business
b. Assign business targets to each SEMM team
c. Track and monitor SEMM costs against budget
d. Monitor and analyze SEMM business performance, including VB/region level i
n order to drive deeper penetration, identify problem areas and recommend act
ion plans
e. Monitor and review campaign effectiveness in order to ensure investment in
sales and marketing cost achieve optimal acquisition cost
f. Provide regular reporting and communication on SEMM business performance t
o relevant parties (e.g., business heads, shareholders, finance department)

Requirement
a. strong analytical skill and detailed oriented
b. strong communicator in both English and Chinese
