職位描述：
Job Purpose
Responsible for soliciting and concluding mortgage businesses, handling mortgage retention cases and cross-selling all Bank’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales target set by management through high quality work.
Provide quality customer transactions/maintenance/information services, maximizing business acquisition opportunities so as to fulfill the role of retail banking sales/services successfully.
Build and maintain client relationship, client prospecting as well as marketing calls through personalized service.
Perform preliminary screening on the prospect mortgage application and put up relevant recommendation for management approval.
Prepare relevant loan documentation and perform checking after the title document is registered and is returned from the solicitor.
Perform close coordination with group office in HK in monitoring overdue status.
Handle mortgage retention cases and assist to maintain the Bank’s mortgage portfolio by retaining customers using the pre-set guidelines and pricing approval obtained from Retail Service Department.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years experience with sound knowledge in mortgage and retail banking products.
Thorough knowledge of banking products, services and related credit policies
Excellent business and market sense
Result and target driven
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
