SELECTION CRITERIA
University Degree
5-9 years relevant experience in Banking-preferably Cash Operations
Experience in deployment of complex Operations systems
Experience in CBRC on-site inspection and RMB business rollout
Very familiar with PBOC regulations for RMB products and business procedure
Very Good English skills
Good general PC skills with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment
Attention to details is essential
Confident and a team player
