工作職責(zé)：
- 拓展并拜訪目標(biāo)客戶，以促進個人理財產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)的銷售
- 通過電話銷售，開發(fā)潛在客戶
- 參與并實施路演等戶外促銷活動
- 提供電話銀行服務(wù)，處理客戶咨詢

職位要求：
- 大學(xué)專科或以上學(xué)歷
- 1-2年銷售及客戶服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗，具外資銀行工作經(jīng)驗及熟悉上海市個人客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò)者優(yōu)先考慮
- 具客戶服務(wù)意識，性格外向進取，善于與人溝通，能承受工作壓力
- 中、英文程度良好，熟悉辦公室計算機軟件應(yīng)用
- 愿意接受輪班的工作安排
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and visit the target / potential customers for the expansion of our personal financial services business
- Perform telemarketing calls for exploring new customers
- Conduct outreaching sales activities such as road shows for increasing customer base
- Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
-College's degree or above
- 1-2 years' experience in sales or customer service, preferably gained in foreign banks, and have solid network with retail banking customers in Shanghai
- Strong customer service orientation, out-going and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
- Willingness to work in shifts
