職位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities :
Managing a growing portfolio of borrowing SME customers; and be accountable for developing the banking relationship.
-To formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing programmes for corporate banking business. To monitor the lending portfolio, the effectiveness of marketing programmes and conduct post-programme evaluation for continuous improvement. To responsible for the sales targets from our lending, liabilities and fee product providers.
-Managing a growing portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing corporate customers; and be accountable for developing the banking relationship
-Acquiring new business with the primary focus of generating revenue growth for the business unit
-Cross-selling the bank's products in areas like cash management, trade, insurance, payments, treasury, asset management
-Maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent after sales customer service and support.
-Implementing product strategies and marketing campaigns to grow our share of the industry wallet.

Requirements :
-You should have a recognised university degree with 10 years' experience in marketing or commercial banking services, preferably with SME banking experience
-You must be an independent mid-management level banking executive who has a wide network of contacts, particularly in the SME market and have the drive and enjoy the challenge to meet business targets.
-Strong communication (written / verbal), interpersonal and credit analysis skills are also essential to this role.
