        Job Description:    
        Scope Of Role:
        職責(zé)范圍

        •Oversee branch planning, supporting the City General Manager in local business research, event management, relationships with key stakeholders including China and Group visitors, as well as branch data collation on a consolidated basis
        •Manage the office across various Businesses and Functions, coordinating branch-wide business activities particularly for Functions that do not have onsite presence (including HR, banking services and branch administration)
        •協(xié)助分行行長監(jiān)督分行整體情況,包括對當(dāng)?shù)貥I(yè)務(wù)的調(diào)研、重要活動的管理,與渣打中國及集團(tuán)的主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的聯(lián)系,和對分行的資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一整理。
        •與各業(yè)務(wù)及職能部門合作, 協(xié)助其在分行范圍內(nèi)的工作,尤其是在分行尚未設(shè)立的職能部門(包括人力資源部、銀行采購服務(wù)部、行政部門)。

        Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
        主要工作范圍

        Branch Planning
        •Conduct market research on local business potential, considering the strategy and business plans of Consumer Banking and Wholesale Banking in the branch
        •Manage key events for all staff in the branch including annual dinner, learning week and Corporate Social Responsibility related activities
        •Coordinate local visit itineraries for China Executive Committee (EXCO) members and Group senior leaders, working closely with the relevant offices of the visitors on activity schedule, communication with local government and regulator offices, local travel logistics, as well as meal and gift arrangements
        •Collate branch level reports for review by Branch Management Committee (Branch MANCO) and Regional Leadership Team (RLT) Heads, seeking and organizing data from different Businesses and Functions in the branch
        •Organize meetings for the Branch Manager (internal and external, including Branch Manco and RLT), and attend them to take minutes and support follow up actions as needed

        •進(jìn)行本地潛在業(yè)務(wù)市場的調(diào)查,并充分考慮到個人銀行和企業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展策略和業(yè)務(wù)計劃。
        •管理分行主要活動,包括年底員工聚餐、職員培訓(xùn)周,以及與銀行企業(yè)社會責(zé)任有關(guān)的活動。
        •當(dāng)渣打中國執(zhí)行委員會及集團(tuán)高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成員視察分行時,與相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的辦公室人員密切配合安排行程并協(xié)調(diào)日程進(jìn)展,及與當(dāng)?shù)卣捅O(jiān)管機構(gòu)進(jìn)行良好溝通,協(xié)助編排會議、用餐和禮品贈送。
        •從分行各業(yè)務(wù)和職能部門收集相關(guān)資料并整理成分行報告,供分行管理委員會和區(qū)域領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊審閱。
        •協(xié)助分行行長組織各類會議(內(nèi)部和外部,包括分行管理委員會和區(qū)域領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊會議),記錄會議紀(jì)要,并在需要的情況下協(xié)助跟進(jìn)相關(guān)事項。

        HR Management
        •Labor contract sign-off & on boarding documents checking/collection
        •Complete exit procedure through off-boarding system
        •Prepare CIIC report template according to new joiner & resignees’ information.
        •Coordinate Q12 survey
        •Support the Flexible Working application
        •Take charge of the personal income tax filing
        •Certification issuing

        在人事管理方面:
        •負(fù)責(zé)新員工入職相關(guān)的材料的收集及勞動合同的簽定和蓋章。
        •當(dāng)員工離職時,通過離職系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控并完成離職所需的手續(xù)。
        •根據(jù)員工入職和離職信息更新中智報表。
        •協(xié)調(diào)及推廣Q12 員工契合度調(diào)查
        •協(xié)助年度不定時工時制申請
        •負(fù)責(zé)月度個人所得稅申報
        •開據(jù)各類證明。

        Office management
        •Coordinate local activities for Functions that do not have onsite presence, serving as these Functions’ key contact point in the branch and facilitating functional activities, as required, across Businesses and Functions in the branch
        •Manage branch administration in line with Banking Services guidelines and standards, taking into account the needs of all staff in the branch; areas of focus include health and safety, car and driver management, printing, stationery, pantry, equipment, and electrical appliances

        在辦公室管理方面
        •協(xié)助處理目前在分行尚未成立的職能部門的事務(wù),作為這些職能部門在分行的主要聯(lián)系人,根據(jù)需要,積極協(xié)助并向分行各業(yè)務(wù)和職能部門推動相關(guān)的工作。
        •以銀行采購服務(wù)部及行政部的準(zhǔn)則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加上分行員工的需求,來管理分行行政事務(wù),其中包括員工在辦公室的健康和安全、公司車子和司機的安排、資料的影印、辦公用品的采購、茶水間及辦公設(shè)備和電器的管理。

        Additional support to Branch Manager
        •Manage the Branch Manager’s business schedule including business travel
        •Handle business correspondences for the Branch Manager in line with branch priorities, in particular verbal and written correspondences with local government and regulatory officials
        •Process and track Branch Manager related expenses
        •Support presentations to be conducted by the Branch Manager, including drafting presentation content and providing onsite support

        協(xié)助處理分行行長的各項事務(wù)
        •管理分行行長的業(yè)務(wù)日程,包括出差安排。
        •根據(jù)分行業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)先處理規(guī)程,為分行行長進(jìn)行有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的回復(fù),特別是口頭和書面上對當(dāng)?shù)卣约氨O(jiān)管機構(gòu)官員進(jìn)行及時回應(yīng)。

        Selection Criteria:
        聘任要求

        •Strong planning and organization skills with good ability in identifying and managing different priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing business environment
        •Solid team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact with and engage staff and managers at all levels
        •Able to deliver under tight time pressure, with strong personal drive and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure work is done efficiently together with good quality
        •Good awareness of business trends in the local marketplace and of the Bank’s priorities across Businesses and Functions
        •Strong language skills in both English and Putonghua (verbal and written)
        •Solid computer skills particularly Microsoft Office related software programmes
        •Knowledge of the banking industry in China is preferred; moreover, bachelor degree from a reputable university and work exposure to financial data are considered as assets

        •其他條件包括具有國內(nèi)銀行業(yè)知識,本科及以上學(xué)歷,并在以往的工作中有財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析的經(jīng)驗。
