主要工作職責(zé):
通過與客戶的電話溝通， 理解客戶的需求，推廣合適的個(gè)人銀行服務(wù)如信用卡和個(gè)人貸款的增值業(yè)務(wù)于客戶。
職位要求:
純正粵語，同時(shí)擁有良好的英語讀寫能力；
中專以上學(xué)歷；
具備良好的人際交往和溝通能力；
勇于接受挑戰(zhàn)，能承受一定的工作壓力；
追求成果,突破及自我發(fā)揮空間的工作態(tài)度。
有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)將優(yōu)先考慮。
