International Graduate Programme:
 
It's a two-year structured and tailored Programme (IGP), which consisting of rotations and/or assignments that will develop your leadership skills and technical knowledge.
 
Once on our programme you'll be developed into talented managers, who can help us achieve our aim of becoming the world's number one international bank. Upon completion of the 2-year development programme, you will be open to international job opportunities in the Bank.

Banking Associate Programme:
 
We're offering full-time positions to newly-qualified graduates, primarily focusing on China Market. So if that sounds like you, then an exciting career path with endless learning opportunities could be yours, when you join us as a Banking Associate.
 
Our exciting 12-month development programme will offer comprehensive rotations within the bank.  Once you've completed the year of rotations, we believe you have built your network and gained all the critical skills and knowledge you'll need as you make your way towards becoming one of our general managers in the future.
 
Recruitment Functions: Consumer Banking; Risk; Global Technology & Operations (GTO)
 
What are the similarities and differences between International Graduate Program and Banking Associate Program?
Both programs are trainee development program for managerial pipeline. IG is more for international development and monitored by H.Q.; and BA is more for China market and to cope with dramatic business growth needs locally. Trainees of either type will go through the well-designed development phases such as classroom training, on the job rotations and mentoring from managers. The two programs differ in length: IG is for 2 years; and BA is for 12 to 18 months.
