Administration Assistant職位描述： 
  Main Responsibilities:

1. Deliver the logistics support and management, including
- Hotels booking service & program management
- Travel tickets booking process
- Cars booking & management
- Meeting rooms management
- Printings and stationery provision service

2. Undertake the procurement and administrational expenses management assignment, including
- Procurement process to meet internal needs on various services
- Various reimbursement payment and account booking process
-Regulatory reporting to various regulators

3. Perform the assistant role of CAOA area and various projects, including but not limited to
- General project management, like project planning, information collection, communication with all counterparties concerned, documents preparation, schedule following and cost monitoring etc.

4. Perform other ad hoc tasks/ duties of administration assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor degree;
- Graduated Year : 2012
- Computer science major is preferred;
- Working at least 4 days a week is highly preferred
- Good teamwork spirit is needed;
- Fluent in both oral and written English;
- Related internship experience is an advantage.
