法國興業(yè)銀行財(cái)務(wù)部招聘實(shí)習(xí)生

工作地點(diǎn)：陸家嘴金茂大廈（地鐵二號線陸家嘴站）

工作時(shí)間：9:00 am - 18:00 pm

工作待遇：90 RMB/day

工作職責(zé)：

1. Prepare vendor payment form every week and send to Beijing to process the payment procedure, check payment status for payment requester, push Admin and IT to provide Rental and ITEC payment as earlier as possible.

2. Pre-audit the staff claim report, make sure all the staff reimbursement within the regulation of the bank and all the item is booked under correct account, validate claim report in Expense System, push corp card holders draft corp card report as earlier as possible.

3. Make month end adjustment journal, book the pre-paid payment in Finacle System, eg. oil card fee, telecommunication expense, corp card expense, corp card SOL adjustment, etc.

4. Assist to make Wholesale Branch a/c substantiation report, calculate the interest receivable/payable, bank operating expense, etc.

5. Create/Replicate new account in Finacle System, assist to do account maintenance after the new account creation.

6. Download different reports through BO System and help to do weekly manual entry checking.

7. Stationery order, report register and filing, and other ad-hoc jobs.

任職要求：

1. At least 3-day/week and can last for 6 months.

2. Detail-oriented, patient and good communication skills.

3. CET-6 or above, proficient in written and oral English.

4. Related internship experience will be a plus.

5. Student from SUFE will be a plus.
