6 Months Intern-BOT team職位描述： 
  Responsibility:
• Help track overall project execution –work closely together with BOT leader to track progress against deliverables across all workstreams and mitigate risk
• Manage and coordinate among teams to ensure consistency and smooth delivery of cross-team tasks; act as mediator and facilitator
• Prepare management reports incl. weekly updates / key meeting minutes and update scenarios, governance documents, task lists and business cases.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory submissions / applications
• Assist to draft budget paper for branch projects
• Coordinate with Finance to track budget expenses
• Manage BOT administration work including filing of electronic (and where applicable physical) documentation
