Position: Management Trainee

MANDATE
Perform a variety of tasks as assigned by Dept. Head. These assignments will v
ary widely from day to day.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
a)     Knowledge:
Ø  Top university graduates and master degree with the major of Economi
cs, Business Management or Math.
Ø  The work experience and understanding on banking/finance industry wi
ll be plus.
Ø  At least with one of knowledge of marketing, economics, legal, finan
ce, accounting
Ø  Enrollment in CFA or accounting designation program is preferable.

b)    Skills:
Ø  Possess excellent communication skills
Ø  Highly motivated, ambitious and would like to move fast in their car
eer
Ø  Able to work in a matrix environment with good team spirits
Ø  Ability to be proactive in managing existing priorities and seeking
out additional responsibilities
Ø  Good ability to deal with multi-tasks with good time management and
ability to prioritize
Ø  Mobility on both job and location assignment
Ø  Strong work ethic, enthusiastic attitude, and eager contributor to t
he team
Ø  Documentation and computer skills for managerial reporting
Ø  High proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese
