	　　2017年中國(guó)民生銀行總行“揚(yáng)帆”管理培訓(xùn)生計(jì)劃(海外高校專(zhuān)場(chǎng))
        

        
	　　中國(guó)民生銀行總行“揚(yáng)帆”管理培訓(xùn)生（海外高校專(zhuān)場(chǎng)）招募計(jì)劃現(xiàn)已啟動(dòng)，申報(bào)條件如下：
        

        
	　　1、國(guó)際綜合排名前50的院校（以2016-2017年泰晤士報(bào)排名為準(zhǔn)）2017屆應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生；
        

        
	　　2、具備會(huì)計(jì)和金融學(xué)、商科、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷；
        

        
	　　3、具有CPA、ACCA、CFA或相關(guān)資格者優(yōu)先；
        

        
	　　4、具有金融行業(yè)、會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所、國(guó)內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
        

        
	　　5、具有相關(guān)活動(dòng)組織經(jīng)歷、學(xué)生活動(dòng)經(jīng)歷及獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金者優(yōu)先。

	　　“揚(yáng)帆”管理培訓(xùn)生計(jì)劃是中國(guó)民生銀行總行立足于培養(yǎng)中高級(jí)管理人員或領(lǐng)域?qū)＜业目傂袑?zhuān)項(xiàng)人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃�？傂袨楣芾砼嘤�(xùn)生規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)性輪訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃，幫助管理培訓(xùn)生在實(shí)踐中積累和成長(zhǎng)。
        

        
	　　Step1：總行定部門(mén)見(jiàn)習(xí)（6個(gè)月）
        

        
	　　根據(jù)管理培訓(xùn)生實(shí)習(xí)期表現(xiàn)、專(zhuān)業(yè)方向等特點(diǎn)，待學(xué)生畢業(yè)后為學(xué)生定部門(mén)見(jiàn)習(xí)，見(jiàn)習(xí)時(shí)部門(mén)配備專(zhuān)業(yè)導(dǎo)師，為學(xué)生進(jìn)行入職輔導(dǎo)，并制定下一步輪訓(xùn)成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃。
        

        
	　　Step2：總行人才培養(yǎng)基地輪崗（18個(gè)月）
        

        
	　　安排管理培訓(xùn)生進(jìn)入總行人才培養(yǎng)基地（重點(diǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)構(gòu)）輪崗培訓(xùn)，重點(diǎn)安排在零售金融、公司金融、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理和管理培訓(xùn)生見(jiàn)習(xí)部門(mén)同業(yè)務(wù)條線(xiàn)崗位進(jìn)行分階段培養(yǎng)。
        

        
	　　Step3：總行定崗專(zhuān)業(yè)培養(yǎng)
        

        
	　　根據(jù)管理培訓(xùn)生見(jiàn)習(xí)期及輪崗期考核情況，在總行進(jìn)行下階段專(zhuān)業(yè)培養(yǎng)；見(jiàn)習(xí)期及輪崗期表現(xiàn)突出管理培訓(xùn)生，可根據(jù)實(shí)習(xí)生特長(zhǎng)及行內(nèi)需要申請(qǐng)轉(zhuǎn)入感興趣的部門(mén)工作，或有到海外機(jī)構(gòu)輪崗的機(jī)會(huì)。
        

        
	　　China MinshengBank(HQ) “Full Sail” Management Trainee Project
        

        
	　　China MinshengBank(HQ) is looking for candidates to join our “Full Sail” Management trainee project. Qualifications of the candidate are as follows:
        

        
	　　Graduates from Global Top 50 University according to 2016-2017Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
        

        
	　　Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or other related fields is a must.
        

        
	　　CPA，ACCA and CFA or other equivalent certifications will be an advantage.
        

        
	　　Internship experience in financial institutes, accounting firms or other related enterprises will be an advantage.
        

        
	　　Scholarship recipients and student organization leaders will be preferred.
        

        
	　　Introduction of “Full Sail” project
        

        
	　　The “Full Sail” management trainee project is a special talent development project that aims to foster back-up candidates for the bank’s leadership positions. The project is fully operated by the bank’s HQ and provides comprehensive rotation practice schemes and career path planning for all participants. A fast boost in banking experience can be expected.
        

        
	　　Step 1: On-job Practice in HQ Department(6 months)
        

        
	　　Upon graduation, the participant will be assigned to a HQ department based on his or her internship performance and academic background for 6 months of practice. A tutor will also be assigned to coach the participant during the period and help the participant decide his or her further development plan.
        

        
	　　Step 2: Job Rotations at Talent Development Base(18 months)
        

        
	　　The participant will join HQ Talent Development Base(in certain business unit) for further practice(18 months). In this stage the participant will practice in different field including retail banking, corporate finance, operation management and other business related to the participant previous positions.
        

        
	　　Step 3: Becoming a Professional
        

        
	　　The participant will return to HQ and enter the next stage of professional development after performance evaluation on previous practices.
