*Job Duties
Data input, filing, printing, faxing non-confidential HR data and docume
nts;
Assist in HR admin in staff formalities and HR vendor contact;
Assist in Training admin i.e. training coordination, test arrangement an
d test monitoring;
Assist in preparation and admin work in recruitment i.e. print resumes,
invite interviews etc.

*Requirements
University Degree or above.
Fast learner, detail oriented and reliable.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork.
Good communication skill and well-organized.
Good English language ability in both writing and speaking is a plus.
