	Institutional Clients Group - Management Associate 公司銀行部－管理培訓(xùn)生	Global Consumer Group - Management Associate 零售銀行部－管理培訓(xùn)生
Requirement:	Master degree , Strong academic record, less than 2 years working experience.	Master or Bachelor with 0-4 experience
Program Intruction:	●Developing local leadership talent ●Possible Business streams for rotation include Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Markets, Global Transaction Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Human Resources ●Fast track growth opportunity for Master degree students ●On-job-training combines with 7.5 weeks intensive classroom training on basic banking and financial markets knowledge and products ●A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments ●Possible to work across divisions and locations ●Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring, overseas exposure	●Basic banking/professional knowledge training in first six months ●Leadership/professional skills training through the program ●Country and Regional MA training program. ●Rotations in different business/function include Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Rural Finance, Marketing, Products, Sales, Operation & Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Human Resources, etc... ●Cross functional business projects ●Lead or participate in business wide and country wide activities ●Quarterly gathering with senior management ●Mentor Program and Buddy Program ●Presentation after assignment, performance review/feedback from senior management Bi-monthly MA team gathering/sharing
