1.   ICG Legal MA Program

·          A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments/rotations

·          Possible business streams for rotations include Legal, Compliance, Global Transaction Services, Operations, Risk & Finance

·          Possible to work across locations

   Support mechanism through sharing, coaching & mentoring
   Place in Legal department after completion of the program

Work location -Shanghai

Requirements of the candidate

·          Strong academic record, obtained master’s degree in a highly rated university

·          Major in Law or other related subjects is preferred

·          No more than two years’ working experience

·          Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in Legal functions in financial services industry

·          Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative

·          Team-player, contributes to collective goals

·          Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity

·          Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·          Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization

   Strong analytical skills
   Proficiency in both Mandarin and English

·          On-job-training combines with classroom training

·          Possible to work across locations in China

   Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring
   Place in HR department after completion of the program
 

 Potential Work locations

·          Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Chengdu
 

Requirements of the candidate

·          Strong academic record, obtained master’s degree from a highly rated university

·          Major in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related subjects is preferred

·          No more than two years’ working experience

·          Keen interest in pursuing career in HR functions in financial services industry

·          Mobility to work in different locations/cities

·          Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative

·          Team-player, contributes to collective goals

·          Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity

·          Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization
   Proficiency in both Mandarin and English

·          A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments/rotations

·          On-job-training combines with 7 weeks intensive classroom training on basic banking and financial markets knowledge and products

·          Possible business streams for rotations include Finance, Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, Global Transaction Services, Operations, Risk, Compliance & HR

·          Possible to work across divisions and locations

   Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring & overseas exposure
   Place in Finance department after completion of the program
 

Work location -Shanghai

Requirements of the candidate

·          Strong academic record, obtained master’s degree or above from a highly rated university

·          Major in Accounting, Finance or other related subjects is preferred

·          No more than two years’ working experience

·          Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in finance functions in banking industry

·          Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative

·          Team-player, contributes to collective goals

·          Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity

·          Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·          Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization

   Strong quantitative and analytical skills
