Quality Assurance Assistant職位描述： 
  Job Duties:
Contribute to the quarterly branch on-site checking on sales documents of RBWM Investment / Insurance products, personal account opening, HML / EBF business, BD sales activities;
Support other audits / reviews conducted by IAD;
Provide an independent quality checking and escalate the significant issues relating to reputation, legal, credit, operational and compliance risks in branch RBWM when arise;
Ensure the quality of the quality assurance services and ad hoc assignments and to improve the efficiency of quality checking;
Ensure IAD QA Audit Report and RBWM CCB Report follow up and implementation; Ensure all internal / external reporting obligations are fulfilled by HBCN Internal Audit;
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk.

Job Requirement:
A high level of professional integrity and independence is expected;
University degree or above; 1-3 years experience related of RBWM in banking industry is preferable;
Audit, Banking or Accounting Qualification is preferable;
Have a general knowledge of RBWM business / operation processes, banking systems;
Have a general knowledge of operational risks, technology risks, relevant financial laws, regulations and rules;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
Able to travel frequently to branches.
