FCY Payment Processing Assistant職位描述： 
  Job Duties
1.To conduct instruction registration, distribution, scanning, follow-up, preparing voucher/payment instruments, day-end reconciliation and filing for FCY payments as tasks assigned, ensuring all qualified payments handed over from Payment Documents Checking team are processed according to bank SLA. For PIB instructions, reroute to other related AOC branches or FSC if is assigned as coordinator. Report funding request accurately based on the instructions in hand and send for supervisor’s double check.
2.To contact internal parties or customers and take necessary actions for the exceptions during FSC’s processing according to bank guidelines, such as insufficient balance, ID expired, payment referring RM, unclear instruction and etc. Keep close communication with FSC on processing of payments.
3.To receive and handle faxed urgent instructions from PFS sub-branches and consolidate sub-branches’ funding reporting if necessary.
4.To provide required instruction slips to Return and reporting team according to different payment type for BoP reporting purpose. To copy documents to return to customers and send the original copy to Return and reporting team for further processing.
5.To backup other FCY Payment Processing Assistants on leave. To complete assigned ad hoc tasks and participate in special projects according to management instructions.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree
2.Good interpersonal & communication skills
3.Good computer skills, proficient in both spoken and written English
4.Committed, self-motivated and can work under pressure
