Business Analytics Assistant職位描述： 
  Job duties:
 Assist in the overall expenditure management in HBCN PFS across all levels including IT, Marketing and Branches
 Assist to develop a structured analytic and performance monitoring framework for our expenditures and drive learning to continuously enhance the expenditure decision process
 Assist to keep ongoing monitoring and provide support on PFS IT / MKT projects
 Assist to implement control measures on resources such as IT resources, MKT programs and other project costs

Job requirements:
 University graduate in business, finance, IT or related discipline
 Sound understanding of retail banking business and finance is preferred
 Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
 Good analytical, financial skill and fluency in written and spoken English
