Sales Officer/Assistant, Global Markets HBCN
職位描述： 
  Introduction of Global Markets Department

The HSBC Group’s Global Markets business ranks among the largest in the world. Operating through over 86 treasury sites in more than 56 countries and territories, with more than 3,600 dealing and support staff, the business combines sophisticated global coverage and detailed knowledge of local markets.

In mainland China, HSBC’s Global Markets team provides a wide range of products and services in foreign exchange, FX derivatives, fixed income and Money Market products to a wide range of customers, from local and international corporate to mainland Chinese government bodies.

Job Duties:

- To assist in the generation of sales revenue for corporate sales team under a multi-product platform.

- To quote FX rates, for corporate customers, GB / CMB and PFS / Branch FX and so on.

- To contribute in daily market write up to internal customers and any required marketing material.

- To assist in preparing survey participation list for major surveys.

- To prepare monthly reports on the team’s performance for management reporting.

- To assist the marketing unit of the team to organise different type of marketing functions. Typical duties include preparing and consolidating invitation lists, sending out invitation letters, arranging technical set-up, name tags, marketing materials and so on.

- To maintain and update information in ClientMax and SVCS whenever cleaning and modifications are required.

- To assist in obtaining and filing of suitability checks.

Job Requirements:

- 0-2 year working experience. Relevant working experience with banks will be a plus.

- Smart, quick to learn

- Excellent quantitative and analytic skill

- Candidate need to work with high efficiency and accuracy

- Good teamwork, communication & negotiation skills

- Good English & PC skills

- Comfortable to work under pressure
