職位描述： Responsibilities
-Write, edit, proofread and distribute content, conduct research and interview for HTS internal electronic communication.
-Assist in the production and management of HTS external communications
-Assist in designing HTS communication program, including the organization of Townhall/Workshop/Forum/Offsite meetings.
-Assist in the preparation and implementation of HTS staff engagement activities.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
-Written Communication in both English and Chinese: Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; Various writing style to meet needs.
-Proven event/workshop organizing and facilitating experience.
-Innovative in problem-solving and good time-management with multiple tasks.
-Basic graphic design ability is preferred.
-Be reliable and accountable with a strong work ethic, but above all, be passionate about this job.
-Expected on-board date: ASAP
-Duration: Till end of Sep (at least to end of Aug)
-Working days per week: 5 days (at least 4 days)
