Credit Operations Assistant-Home Mortgage Loan(針對2010年畢...職位描述： 
  Job Duties:

-To handle Home Mortgage Loan application process:
a)checking approved loan application documents to ensure internal policy and external regulatory requirements are compliant before issuing mortgage contract and loan drawdown;
b)communicating with counterparties for any issue raised in documents checking;
c)preparing mortgage contract and other condition precedent documents for approved loan applications;
d)arranging the legal documents with 3rd parties;
ecapturing customer information and loan information in the system correctly;
f)safekeeping security documents in the safe custody;
g)arranging insurance policy and subsequent renewal for each mortgaged property;
-To handle loan prepayment transactions and ascertaining the mortgage is properly discharged;
-To update system record and prepare relevant documents for the application amendment;
-To follow up any outstanding security document of the application and make sure the documents are received and filed properly;
-To prepare periodic returns/progress reports and assist the projects;
-To handle customers’ inquiries and snag cases;
-To keep abreast of all local rules and regulations, credit guidelines etc and make sure that the operations are complied with internal and external requirements.

-Good interpersonal skills;
-Good command of English;
-Good service mindset;
-Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements;
-Be able to work under pressure.
