分享瑞銀UBS的2010網(wǎng)申流程[含Open Question]

看到有朋友回帖問(wèn)申請(qǐng)流程有沒(méi)有Open Question和在線測(cè)試題之類(lèi)的，這里我先總起說(shuō)明一下申請(qǐng)步驟，然后大家可以仔細(xì)看我的帖子的每一步申請(qǐng)內(nèi)容（全英文申請(qǐng)步驟和提示）：
UBS的網(wǎng)申分為五大步驟，分別是：
（1）Personal Details【個(gè)人信息】
（2）Education【教育背景，需要填到高中的信息】
（3）Languages and Skills【語(yǔ)言及IT技能】
（4）Work Experiences【工作經(jīng)歷或?qū)嵙?xí)經(jīng)歷】
（5）Additional Informations【開(kāi)放性問(wèn)題（Open Question）、上傳簡(jiǎn)歷(word或pdf格式，建議英文簡(jiǎn)歷)、上傳其他必要文件（如成績(jī)單、證書(shū)之類(lèi)的），具體見(jiàn)本貼后面的描述】

填寫(xiě)完這5大步驟信息之后，成功通過(guò)網(wǎng)申篩選的候選人在24小時(shí)之內(nèi)會(huì)收到online assessment 的郵件邀請(qǐng)，不知道我能不能通過(guò)，希望有成功收online assessment 的郵件邀請(qǐng)的童鞋能把online assessment 的題目貼出來(lái)，求職路上分享精神很重要。

我這里把Open Question貼出來(lái)，大家先準(zhǔn)備好再去網(wǎng)申吧，建議英文回答：

*Please describe why you have chosen to apply to UBS

*Why did you choose the specific business area to which you have applied? Why do you think you will succeed in this area?

*Describe the achievement of which you are most proud.

*Please provide details relating to your hobbies, activities and interests. Also include any additional information you think is relevant to your application, including positions of responsibility, membership of any student or other organizations, travel experience or scholarships.

*You may exclude any hobbies or activities that indirectly or directly disclose race, color, religion, gender, national origin or any other protected classification.

期待已久了，剛看到瑞銀2010校園招聘信息，以為金融危機(jī)瑞銀不招了呢，看來(lái)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)是各大投行的必爭(zhēng)之地啊，我趕緊申請(qǐng)了先，這里把我申請(qǐng)的整個(gè)流程分享給大家，積攢人品，希望管理員給加精

打開(kāi)頁(yè)面中瑞銀的官方網(wǎng)站職位申請(qǐng)地址，由于瑞銀的網(wǎng)站是在國(guó)外，所以大家如果用學(xué)校教育網(wǎng)上的話，會(huì)比較慢，建議到網(wǎng)吧等公共網(wǎng)絡(luò)去上，我就是在網(wǎng)吧申請(qǐng)的，之前申請(qǐng)巴克萊積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，呵呵，

言歸正傳，瑞銀的職位信息也面如圖所示：

選中要申請(qǐng)的職位前面的復(fù)選框（只能選擇一個(gè)職位申請(qǐng)），我選擇的是下面這個(gè)職位：

2010 Graduate Program UBS Securities IBD - ChinaChina Beijing, ShanghaiInvestment Bank Investment Banking DepartmentInvestment Banking Department 25-Oct-2009

選中職位后，點(diǎn)擊頁(yè)面底部的“Apply now”按鈕，會(huì)打開(kāi)新窗口到登錄頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

當(dāng)然，第一次訪問(wèn)的話，我們都沒(méi)有帳號(hào)的，應(yīng)該先選“Create a login ”來(lái)創(chuàng)建登錄帳號(hào)，點(diǎn)擊“agree”按鈕同意注冊(cè)協(xié)議之后，就進(jìn)入填寫(xiě)用戶名及密碼的頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

注意上面提示的注冊(cè)帳號(hào)的密碼提示，這里我?guī)退�家翻譯說(shuō)明下:
Password guidelines
Your password must be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 25 characters. （密碼必須介于6到25個(gè)字符之間，最少6個(gè)字符，最大25個(gè)字符）Your password may not be the same as your login e-mail address. （不能使用注冊(cè)Email地址作為密碼）Your password may not be the same as any of the 2 preceding passwords. （這句是啥意思，哈哈，明白的人回帖說(shuō)明一下哈）Your password will be case-sensitive. （密碼區(qū)分大小寫(xiě)）

按照提示輸入Email地址、密碼及提示問(wèn)題答案，點(diǎn)擊“creat”按鈕即可創(chuàng)建帳號(hào)，然后進(jìn)入填寫(xiě)“Personal Details”（個(gè)人信息）頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

按照提示把相關(guān)信息填寫(xiě)好后，然后點(diǎn)擊頁(yè)面下面的“Next”按鈕，保存之后進(jìn)入選擇“Work Permit(工作許可)”及“Business Area及Location(工作部門(mén)及工作地點(diǎn))”的選項(xiàng)頁(yè)，如下圖所示：

按照提示選擇相關(guān)信息，然后點(diǎn)擊頁(yè)面底部的“Next”按鈕，保存之后進(jìn)入“Education（教育背景）”的填寫(xiě)頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

根據(jù)你自己的信息填寫(xiě)吧，填寫(xiě)完畢之后，還是點(diǎn)擊“Next”按鈕，保存之后進(jìn)入教育背景中的第二專(zhuān)業(yè)的填寫(xiě)，這個(gè)應(yīng)該不是必填項(xiàng)，如下圖所示：

按照提示填寫(xiě)，當(dāng)然，如果沒(méi)有，也可以直接點(diǎn)擊“Next”按鈕保存，進(jìn)入填寫(xiě)教育背景中的High School（高中）的情況，這個(gè)必須至少填一個(gè)（這個(gè)其實(shí)有點(diǎn)雷人的），如下圖所示：

按照提示輸入你的高中信息，然后點(diǎn)擊“Next”按鈕，進(jìn)入“Languages and Skills（語(yǔ)言及IT技能）”頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

這個(gè)是語(yǔ)言技能頁(yè)面，按照提示輸入你的信息，點(diǎn)擊“Next”按鈕進(jìn)入IT技能向的選擇，如下圖所示：

里面的IT技能包括word的字處理、ppt、excel還有其他的一些it技能，大家可以根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況選擇，level嘛建議都選擇Advanced，然后點(diǎn)擊“Next”按鈕進(jìn)入“Work Experience（工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)）”填寫(xiě)頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

按照你的情況填寫(xiě)好后，點(diǎn)擊“next”按鈕，即進(jìn)入“Additional Information”（其他信息，就是Open Question啦）頁(yè)面，它家的Open Quesiton題目為：
Please answer the following questions
*Please describe why you have chosen to apply to UBS

*Why did you choose the specific business area to which you have applied? Why do you think you will succeed in this area?

*Describe the achievement of which you are most proud.

Please provide details relating to your hobbies, activities and interests. Also include any additional information you think is relevant to your application, including positions of responsibility, membership of any student or other organizations, travel experience or scholarships.
You may exclude any hobbies or activities that indirectly or directly disclose race, color, religion, gender, national origin or any other protected classification.

填寫(xiě)好open question答案后，點(diǎn)擊“next”按鈕即進(jìn)入上傳CV/Resume（上傳英文簡(jiǎn)歷），上傳的文件格式只支持word和pdf格式，上傳好之后，會(huì)有預(yù)覽的頁(yè)面，然后點(diǎn)擊“next”按鈕即進(jìn)入上傳其他額外文件頁(yè)面，這里的額外文件是你認(rèn)為對(duì)于你申請(qǐng)UBS有利的文件，我的理解是“獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)”啊，“技能證書(shū)”之類(lèi)的，最大可上傳4個(gè)文件，如下圖所示：

然后點(diǎn)擊upload按鈕上傳，然后再點(diǎn)擊“Next”按鈕進(jìn)入下一個(gè)頁(yè)面，系統(tǒng)對(duì)你的個(gè)人信息做個(gè)小調(diào)查，首先確認(rèn)你所在國(guó)家的頁(yè)面，大家選擇“China”即可，然后點(diǎn)擊“next”按鈕進(jìn)入填寫(xiě)你的出生日期、性別、籍貫等個(gè)人信息，如下圖所示：

最后進(jìn)入信息確認(rèn)提交頁(yè)面，提示信息如下：
Thank you for your time in completing this application.

If you are ready to submit your application, please click the 'Submit' button below.

Alternatively, you can choose to save your current draft by clicking on 'Save as draft' and finish your application at a later time.

確認(rèn)信息無(wú)誤，然后點(diǎn)擊頁(yè)面下部的“Submit”按鈕，即可完成申請(qǐng)，提交后的信息提示如下：
Thank you for your application to UBS. Please see below for next steps in your particular location:

Australia & New Zealand: All applicants will be contacted by our local Campus Recruiting team after the application deadline.

Asia & Japan: All applicants will receive within the next 24 hours an invitation, via email, with instructions to access and complete an online assessment to support your application.

網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)步驟算是走完了，能不能在24小時(shí)收到在線測(cè)試就看我能不能通過(guò)網(wǎng)申篩選了，祝福自己，呵呵，也祝福大家能通過(guò)網(wǎng)申篩選

ps:點(diǎn)擊submit提交后，你注冊(cè)時(shí)填寫(xiě)的email應(yīng)該能收到“Your candidate reference number - UBS.”的郵件，這個(gè)只是提交申請(qǐng)成功后的確認(rèn)郵件，還不是online assessment 的郵件，按照系統(tǒng)的提示，通過(guò)網(wǎng)申篩選的在24小時(shí)應(yīng)該能收到online assessment 的郵件哦，期待我能收到。
