渣打09.12.24電面經(jīng)驗分享 IG WB SZ （積累RP)
過完了網(wǎng)申shortlisted之后三天左右收到了電面預(yù)約的通知。
這次電面比較沒底，渣打的HR也變得和PG差不多了，對你舉的例子會窮追猛打，由于事先對例子準(zhǔn)備得不是十分充分，所以大部分都是臨場發(fā)揮，思路還可以，不過被問了很多。
順序就不是很記得了，HR大部分的問題都是根據(jù)我的回答而進行展開，整個電面約45分鐘，大概有，
1. self-intro, 2mins;
2. what's your career path, why finance?
3. difference btw a salesman and a financial consultant;
4. have u noticed the current change of banking?
5. what does WB do
6. how to solve conflict in a team
7. how to deal with unpopular ideas
8. teamwork experiences
9. relevant experience in holding an activity
10. how to divide the assignment in a team.
11. what a WB should cultivate to meet the standard
12. why SCB, why WB
13. about the qualification
最后就叫我問問題，然后得知今年深圳WB只招3人...大概2周內(nèi)會有電面通知。
